Drake + Kanye West – the pre-video release interview / Mary J. Blige collab
I’m already borderline sick of hearing Drake‘s Best I Ever Had, as it’s become some sort of summer anthem (along with Every Girl, which has quite possibly the most obnoxious chorus in the history of obnoxious choruses – it was pretty cool when I was rolling around in the whip with my pops today and that song came on the radio… awkward). The video for Best I Ever Had should be released in the near future… Until then, here’s a short clip of Drake explaining how working with Kanye came along. Already having Kanye directing videos and dude isn’t even signed yet?! Dude’s about to have some serous shoes to fill when his actually album is released later this year.
Last night when I was out & about, I caught Mary J. Blige‘s new single, The One which also features Mr. Degrassi himself… I think it’s pretty fresh, Mary usually comes correct, and I don’t mind one bit when she gets a little crunk. Check out the audio below.
