Diddy + Jimmy Fallon :: slow jam news remix with The Roots
Quite frankly, I am completely unimpressed by Jimmy Fallon‘s late night show which launched in March.
Jimmy’s only saving grace, in my humble opinion, has been The Roots, and his writers need to be pink slipped with a quickness. While Fallon was somewhat successful during his SNL stunts, the dialogue within his late show seems forced, uncomfortable, and as far from natural comedy as you can get. Honestly, this total failure probably a good thing – if this show was a great success, I would be dragging ass at the 9-5 because I had a funny late show host, an amazing house band, and actual comedy keeping me up until the wee hours of the night. Thanks, Jimmy Fallon, for not being funny and saving my career.
With a special appearance by Diddy thrown in, I was mildly entertained by this clip… for the first time in a sea of late night clips from Mr. Fallon. Not to mention, Black Thought is full of WIN… dude needs to sing more often.
