We’re proud to announce our very THIRD confirmed artist out of 26… Spoke In Wordz.
Spoke In Wordz is an East Denver native who grew up flexing his skills in graffiti and breakdancing before eventually picking up a pen and pad in 1993. An active and popular youngster, Spoke found inspiration in memorizing and reciting Bone Thugs N Harmony lyrics at the age of 12.
Ditching class with the others, he began concentrating on his own rhymes more seriously, slicing heads in freestyle sessions with razor sharp lyrics. Today, Spoke In Wordz is labeled as one of the best if not THE best emcee in Denver. He has worked with artists such as Bizzy Bone, Young Droop, Chino X.L., 2 Mex of the Visionaries. Currently, Spoke has projects in the works with Mystic and Blame One for his upcoming solo album.
Spoke In Wordz will be pulling triple duty this year. Along with releasing his solo album, he’s also working on a new album with the collaborative group group Infinite Mindz as well as a variety of mixtapes by Dj Chonz (Radio Bums) featuring production from Stro of the Processions, EsNine, Noel Zancanella as well as LollipaRUza spotlight artists which will be announced in the coming weeks.
Currently, Spoke and Dj Bedz have teamed up to create and old school classic mixtape which consists bring the music back to the basics: spitting, mixing, scratching, and blending; no gimmicks, no bullshit… just skills.
