Black and white gingham in a high top? Yes, please.
There’s a few reasons why this high top is successful:
- They’re not overdone. There isn’t any glitter, patent leather, fucked up colorways, fucked up patterns. They’re simple and that should be appreciated.
- The swoosh doesn’t have the retarded swoosh design that the Blazers rock. If this swoosh was in school, it would be a solid B student.
- The white sole doesn’t look completely like shit against the dark black color.
- The ankle checkered detail is nice, eye catching, and brings the concept of the shoe together as a whole.
